MEET OUR TEAM

The 950 Monroe Street project offers something unique: a design and construction team comprised of people who live, work and volunteer their time in Silicon Valley. We are committed to improving the quality of life for everyone who lives here because we live here too.

A Message from Randy Lamb

I'm Randy Lamb.  My wife Lisa and I founded our real estate investment and development company in 1995. We're a local company, based in Menlo Park.

For more than 25 years, we have had the privilege of developing a wide range of quality commercial and residential communities throughout the Bay Area. We believe the key to our success is our willingness to listen to members of the community before we initiate a project. That's why we have a track record of creating win-win scenarios that improve the quality of life for all concerned.

Our projects include new high-end multi-family and luxury single family developments and more than 1 million square feet of Class A office and industrial developments.  We are here for the long-term. We build to the highest quality standards because we value the relationships we establish in each of the Silicon Valley cities in which we invest and build, and we know our most recent project in a community likely won't be our last.

For 950 Monroe Street, as with all our projects, we are committed to being responsive community partners throughout the development application process.

Please visit our website at www.lambpartners.com to view a gallery of  our projects.

Dan: We’re going to feature two Lamb projects somewhere on this page. They will be post types, like you did for SJ Rocks’ Rockers.

Thanks for visiting.
